The "Other Way" On How To Eat An Apple

Since mum recently bought a big supply of apples and almost all of us in this household does not really fancy apple pie, we have our own way of eating the said fruit. Mine's this one:

Brian's way of eating an apple ☺

How did I arrive with the one pictured above? Simple. I usually have my apples sliced into thin "polygonal" pieces and dump them in a bowl . Then, I slice a calamansi and drizzle it on top.  Yep, it's tangy yet sweet. Another bonus, the acid on the calamansi prevents the apple slices from turning brown even though they are exposed to the air ☺

  1. I was just about to ask if the acid will hasten the browning of the apple :P Great idea eh :D

    1. Did you know, others would use vinegar to keep them from browning on their apple pie? ☺
