If it's unfair that one is evicted for being an illegal settler, then it's pretty unjust to the landowner to pay for the land tax when the settler is able to earn for constructing an apartment to the land which he doesn't own.

  1. its like.. kung ang mga illegal settlers ay pinaglalabanan nila ang karapatan nilang magkaroon ng desentang tahanan ganun din naman ang karapatan na ipinaglalaban ng may ari ng lupa. Una sa lahat, bakit sila nag squat sa lugar na yun kung alam naman nilang hindi nila ito pag-aari at ito'y isang private property? pangalawa, bakit nila ipinaglalaban hanggang kamatayan ang lupang hindi naman sa kanila?

    1. ang gusto siguro sabihin ni trav eh, ok lang na magbayad ang landowner kase may pera naman siya, he doesn't need the land. tsaka consider it as the landowner's charity na lang sa mga informal settlers at professional squatters
