Filipinos are known for being very family oriented. And this question is always a very tough one to deal:
Would you rather stay together with your family even though it's hard to defray the expenses with the money that you are currently earning or would you rather brave through loneliness and being separated to earn a lot and address the issue of expenses?
With what have recently happened, the earthquake, tsunami scare, panic and all. It seemed like everyone had just finished fighting a war. You know that feeling? It really felt exhausting. And I guess we are headed home for a much deserved rest. Luckily, I found something that could describe what I currently feel and something that reminds me that the end is still far away and everyone who still part of the living needs to endure life as it is ☺

I was hesitant -rebellious as I am, but when I saw grandma, who was just sitting quietly on a chair, still keeping composure. I obliged with mom, but seeing to it that I brought grandma with me.
This would be the first (of the many questions I intend to post) regarding almost everything. I'd like to name it Pandora's Box of Questions. We all know our Greek Literature during our English classes so there's no need to explain ☺ Now, to the first question.

It's February and we all know what's the most awaited event for this month. Yep, Valentine's Day which is celebrated every 14th of the month. Albeit, history tells us that this celebration is to honor St. Valentine, there was no lovely element about his story. In fact, he was persecuted. Having said that, that could be the reason why others tend to brood on this day when the general population of humanity is caught up in the euphoria of another gift-giving and love-sharing ☺
